We are looking for a **Senior Real Estate Broker** who brings real deals, real clients, and real market knowledge — and who wants to grow beyond just closing transactions.

## What You'll Do
* Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients across sales and leasing in the Dubai market
* Advise clients end-to-end: sourcing, viewings, negotiation, and closing
* Leverage the company's PropTech and AI tools to maximize pipeline efficiency and conversion
* Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
* Contribute market insight and expertise to the firm's strategy as a senior team member
* Mentor junior brokers as the team grows — with the option to formally build your own team
## What We're Looking For
* **Proven track record** — demonstrable history of closed deals in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan)
* **Minimum 2–5 years of experience** as a broker in the Dubai market
* Deep knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, pricing, and market dynamics
* An existing network of clients, investors, or developer contacts is a strong advantage
* Self-driven, professional, and hungry — you don't need to be managed, you need to be equipped
* Strong negotiation and client-handling skills, with a reputation for integrity
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus in Dubai's international market.
