Job Vacancy: Operations Supervisor (Manpower Industry Experience Preferred)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily labour operations.
* Plan and coordinate labour deployment to various project sites.
* Maintain regular communication with site supervisors and management.
* Handle worker complaints, grievances, and operational issues professionally.
* Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
* Ensure smooth coordination between workers, site teams, and the office.
* Handle labour-related legal and disciplinary matters in compliance with local labour laws.
* Respond to operational emergencies, including worker transportation and site support outside normal working hours when required.
* Be available for night-time emergency duties, such as worker pick-up or urgent site requirements.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar role (experience in the manpower industry is an advantage).
* Strong experience managing large numbers of workers and labour operations.
* Good knowledge of labour deployment, workforce planning, and site coordination.
* Familiarity with labour laws and experience handling labour-related legal matters.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
* Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
* Willingness to travel to project sites and work outside regular hours when operationally required.
