Iqon Style is looking for an experienced Master Cutter with a strong background in luxury women's fashion. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of UAE experience in taking measurements, pattern making, fabric cutting, and garment fitting for evening gowns, dresses, kaftans, and abayas.
The candidate should be passionate about craftsmanship, quality, and delivering perfectly fitted garments.
Key Responsibilities
Take accurate customer measurements.
Create patterns for custom-made garments.
Cut fabrics precisely according to approved patterns.
Conduct garment fittings and make pattern adjustments.
Work with luxury fabrics including chiffon, satin, organza, silk, crepe, lace, and tulle.
Guide and support tailors during stitching and garment construction.
Ensure premium finishing and quality standards.
Coordinate with the design and sales team on custom orders.
Deliver garments within production timelines.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Master Cutter.
Experience in luxury ladies' dresses, evening gowns, kaftans, abayas, and couture garments.
Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric utilization.
Ability to read measurements accurately and produce precise patterns.
Excellent understanding of garment fitting and alterations.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and under deadlines.
