1. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, common areas and customer office.
2. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients and visitors as required.
3. Handle incoming and outgoing documents, courier services and deliveries.
4. Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, moving desk & cabinets and other administrative task.
5. Replenish office supplies, pantry items and stationery and report low stocks to the administration.
6. Prepare meeting rooms and after meetings.
7. Office facilities are maintained and report any maintenance issues promptly.
