The Indoor Sales / Cashier is responsible for assisting customers, promoting bakery products, and ensuring smooth and accurate billing through the POS system. The role includes greeting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable items, and maintaining a pleasant and professional service environment. The Cashier handles POS transactions, manages cash and card payments, issues receipts, and ensures accuracy in billing and daily cash reconciliation. The position requires strong product knowledge, the ability to upsell daily specials, and maintaining clean and attractive product displays. The role also involves coordinating with the production and inventory teams for timely stock replenishment, monitoring shop‑floor stock levels, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in Dubai, with strong familiarity in handling POS systems, customer service, and fast‑paced retail environments. Professional communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage peak‑hour customer flow are essential for this position.
