We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement and warehouse operations in the UAE. The candidate will assist in managing warehouse stock purchases and coordinate with our China team and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in purchasing warehouse stock items
- Communicate with suppliers and China team regarding orders
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Coordinate shipments and logistics to UAE and other countries
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
- Support price comparison and supplier negotiations
- Maintain purchasing documents and reports
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Familiarity with shipping and import procedures is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
