We are looking for a coordinator for arranging maintenance of LED screens across whole UAE.
• Provide assistance to clients in person, email, or telephonically.
• Efficiently assign technicians dynamically based on the issues reported by clients.
• Coordinate with technicians and client to effectively solve client reported screen issues.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives about the maintenance.
• Acknowledgement and response to customer complaints by recording and tracking complaints in portals.
• Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements.
• Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office,
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• A professional and friendly demeanor.
• Have a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
