We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Setup & Corporate Services
Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end business
consulting services to clients (entrepreneurs, startups, and international companies) looking to
establish or expand their presence in the UAE.
Office location: Bay Square, Business Bay
Working hours: 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advisory on the most suitable business structure based on client’s business
activity, goals, and budget.
• Assist clients with company formation and licensing processes, including trade name
reservation, activity selection, and obtaining initial approvals from relevant authorities.
• Handle full coordination with Free Zone Authorities for license issuance, renewals, and
amendments.
• Manage visa and immigration services, including investor visas, employee visas, dependent
visas, medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications, labor card issuance.
• Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation, contracts, MOAs, and
applications while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Prepare and issue invoices for consulting services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing consultancy and
support for business growth and operational needs in the UAE.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in business setup, corporate services, PRO
services, or immigration consultancy in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, free zone regulations, and visa/
immigration processes.
• Experience working with Dubai free zones and government authorities is mandatory.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
with tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
