Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
Coordinate the receiving and checking of jewellery merchandise.
Have knowledge of weighing jewellery using digital weighing scales.
Record and verify jewellery weights and report any discrepancies.
Coordinate merchandise setup, sorting, tagging, labeling, and arrangement.
Ensure jewellery items are properly recorded in the inventory system.
Maintain accurate records of merchandise, quantities, weights, and supplier invoices.
