KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC
(chillers, split, window and central AC), mechanical systems,
electrical, plumbing and drainage.
Oversee civil repairs, carpentry, painting, landscaping,
irrigation, patios and interlock paving.
Coordinate fire alarm, elevator, CCTV and access control
maintenance with qualified specialists.
Lead technicians, respond to breakdowns, maintain PPM
schedules, reports and safety compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years in building/facilities maintenance,
including supervisory experience and strong MEP knowledge.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
