We’re Hiring: Director of Food & Beverage
We are looking for an experienced Director of F&B to lead restaurant operations, drive business growth, and maximize profitability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee multi-outlet F&B operations and service standards.
* Manage budgets, P&L, revenue growth, and cost control.
* Lead teams, develop business strategies, and identify expansion opportunities.
* Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
* Build supplier relationships and improve operational efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* 8–10 years of F&B or hospitality experience, including senior management.
* Proven experience in multi-outlet operations and financial management.
* Strong leadership, business development, and communication skills.
* UAE market experience preferred.
* **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.**
