Citizenship & Co. is a Dubai advisory firm that helps families plan citizenship and residency through investment. We are known for one thing: radical transparency. We need a creator who can turn clear, honest advice into content people trust.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube (Reels, Shorts, explainers, client-office stories).
- Edit long-form videos, podcasts and interviews; add captions, motion graphics and sound.
- Design social graphics and carousels in our brand system.
- Write hooks, scripts and captions with the team; publish and track results weekly.
- Use AI tools (editing, captions, voice, image) to work faster.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years creating and editing video content. Portfolio required.
- Strong in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve; Canva or Adobe for graphics.
- Confident shooting on phone and camera; comfortable on camera is a plus.
- Excellent English. Arabic, Urdu, Hindi or Turkish is a plus.
- Accurate and careful: our content must follow strict compliance rules.
WHAT WE OFFER
- AED 4,000 - 6,000 per month, based on experience.
- UAE employment visa and medical insurance.
- Creative ownership of a growing brand, working directly with the Managing Director.
- Full-time, on-site at our office in Barsha Heights, Dubai.
