Established in 2012, we are a highly specialized aluminum extrusion company. Our company is located in Dubai Industrial City. Our product range caters to the needs of HVAC, refrigeration, automotive and various engineering & industrial applications.
We are looking to hire Quality Control Inspectors to join our Quality Team.
The main responsibilities in this role include: • Inspection and testing of material and products according to applicable requirements.
• Maintain reports linked to inspection activities.
• Report issues related to process, product, and non-conformities to line manager.
• Ensure corrective actions are maintained properly.
• Comply with inspection protocol as per inspection test plan.
• Conduct process check/first part inspection.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct incoming material inspection (raw material and packing material). Maintain related reports.
• In-process inspection; maintain inspection/dimension reports.
• CSL PDI final inspections.
• Assist in monitoring processes using process capability studies.
• Material testing and prompt reporting.
• Prompt and timely communication of material status.
• Support on cross checking equipment’s used in line.
• Cross check labels for semi-finished and finished goods
• Ensure cleanliness and principles of 5S are maintained and followed by all in the department.
• Adhere to OH&S and environmental requirements defined by OSE.
• Undertake any other task/s as assigned by the Management.

Technical:

• Proficient in using measuring instrument/equipment.
• Read technical drawings
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Industrial Technology or other relevant.
Experience:
• Fresh graduate or 1-year experience same field.
