1. Role Purpose: The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Servochem’s trading and manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental compliance. This role is assurance-led, not control-based, and includes full ownership of company documentation, procedural integrity, and nonfinancial audit readiness. The QHSE Coordinator acts as the internal custodian of Servochem’s operational credibility, regulatory standing, and continuous improvement culture.
2. Key Responsibilities a. Quality Assurance Develop and maintain Servochem’s Quality Assurance Framework across all business units Author, review, and update SOPs, work instructions, and QA protocols for trading, manufacturing, and logistics Lead internal audits, non-conformance tracking, and corrective action implementation Ensure Servochem’s systems align with ISO 9001, customer specifications, and internal benchmarks Manage document control systems, versioning, and approval workflows Coordinate with commercial and technical teams to ensure QA alignment in product positioning and client deliverables
b. Health & Safety Implement and monitor HSE policies in line with UAE labor law and international standards (ISO 45001) Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety briefings across sites and warehouses Maintain records for PPE issuance, COSHH compliance, and emergency response protocols Drive a culture of behavioral safety and proactive hazard reporting Jd - Qhse - Draft 1 2 of 4
c. Environmental Compliance Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and ISO 14001 standards Monitor and report on chemical storage, waste disposal, and emissions Liaise with authorities for permits, inspections, and sustainability reporting
d. Documentation & Governance Own Servochem’s central documentation repository, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and audit-readiness Standardize templates for SDS/TDS, audit reports, regulatory submissions, and internal memos Support legal and regulatory teams in product registration, customs documentation, and compliance filings Maintain a QHSE dashboard for leadership visibility and strategic decision making
Requirement:
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 + Accommodation

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Quality Management
Certification: ISO Lead Auditor Certification preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of QHSE experience in the chemical or industrial sector
Technical Skills: Knowledge of document control systems, ERP software, and audit tools
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC/MENA regulations, port protocols, and trade documentation
