Health & Safety Management
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments.
Lead risk assessments (JSA, HIRA, TRA) for plant operations and projects.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure.
Facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including hot work, confined space, working at height, lifting operations, and isolation activities.
Ensure contractor safety management and compliance.
Environmental Management
Monitor environmental performance and compliance with applicable regulations.
Track waste management, emissions, dust control, energy consumption, and resource utilization.
Coordinate environmental monitoring programs and reporting.
Support sustainability and environmental improvement initiatives.
Training & Awareness
Conduct HSE inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Develop and deliver safety training programs.
Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
Promote safety awareness campaigns and behavioral safety initiatives.
Compliance & Management Systems
Maintain compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support implementation and maintenance of:
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management review inputs.
Support internal and external audits.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Coordinate evacuation drills and emergency exercises.
Ensure emergency equipment inspections and readiness.
