Qualifications and Education:
• No formal education required; basic literacy is preferred.
• 0–2 year of experience in a workshop, factory, warehouse, or related environment.
• Basic knowledge of workshop tools and materials is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and to work under supervision.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist team members with daily production and workshop tasks as instructed.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials, panels, finished products, and equipment safely and without damage.
• Prepare and supply tools, materials, and consumables to workstations as requested.
• Assist with basic tasks such as sanding, cleaning, wrapping, and packing of items when required.
• Support the arrangement and organization of materials and finished goods in storage and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of workstations, machines, tools, and the general work area.
• Handle tools, materials, and chemicals carefully and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
• Report any damaged materials, faulty tools or equipment, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Learn new skills on the job and carry out any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
