Fleet Operations Manager – Dubai

About Emaride
Emaride is a digital mobility platform connecting passengers with licensed transport operators. We don't own vehicles, we build partnerships. Approved by the RTA, we are preparing to launch in Dubai and are looking for a reliable, driven person to build our fleet partner network from day one.
The Role
You will own the relationship between Emaride and our fleet partners: finding them, onboarding them, and keeping them performing.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach licensed transport and limousine companies in Dubai
• Lead partner onboarding: contracts, documentation, payout setup, and vehicle branding
• Ensure partners and drivers meet RTA requirements and Emaride service standards
• Monitor fleet performance, availability, and service quality, and solve issues quickly
• Act as the main point of contact for partners and report regularly to management
Requirements
• 3+ years in fleet operations, ride-hailing, or transport in the UAE
• Solid understanding of the Dubai transport market and RTA regulations
• Existing network of fleet owners or transport companies is a strong advantage
• Fluent English is required
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is strongly preferred, as many of our partners and drivers speak these languages
• Arabic is a strong advantage; Malayalam or Pashto is a plus
• Organised, dependable, and committed to deadlines
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
