Job Title: Storekeeper & Material Controller (Aircraft Spare Parts)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accurate and efficient Storekeeper & Material Controller to manage the inventory, storage, and movement of aircraft spare parts. In this role, you will handle the end-to-end flow of materials—from receiving shipments to accurately picking, packing, and dispatching commercial orders to our global aviation clients. You will ensure 100% trace accuracy and strict adherence to commercial aviation distribution standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control & Commercial Fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for outgoing customer orders, ensuring strict adherence to commercial invoice requirements and shipping deadlines.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking within our ERP system, ensuring zero discrepancies between physical stock and digital records.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and inventory audits to monitor stock levels, reporting any variances immediately to the procurement team.
Receiving, Quality Inspection & Traceability
• Receive incoming supplier shipments, meticulously verifying that part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities exactly match the packing list and purchase order.
• Enforce strict airworthiness traceability protocols, verifying that all incoming parts are accompanied by correct certification paperwork (e.g., EASA Form 1, FAA Form 8130-3, Certificate of Conformity).
• Isolate and log damaged or uncertified materials in a designated quarantine area to prevent them from entering active stock.
Warehousing & Compliance
• Organize and store materials according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper climate control and shelf-life monitoring.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment optimized for distribution logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Aviation Management is a distinct advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or material control experience, specifically within an aircraft parts distribution or component trading environment.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and car. This is required for independent commuting and handling occasional urgent parts handovers.
• Aviation Knowledge: Strong familiarity with aviation store rules and parts certification documents.
• Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with international freight forwarding, and UAE customs procedures and documents is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office suite and ERP systems.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven distribution environment.
• Language Skills: written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory. You must be able to draft professional correspondence, read certificates, and communicate effectively with international freight forwarders and suppliers.
