We are seeking an organised and deadline-driven Shipping & Dispatch Coordinator to manage the outbound flow of goods and ensure shipments leave the facility accurately, on time, and fully documented. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate the final stage of the supply chain, where errors are most visible and most costly to correct.
The core of the role is dispatch planning and execution. The Shipping & Dispatch Coordinator reviews orders due for shipment, plans dispatch schedules against carrier cut-off times and customer delivery windows, and coordinates with the warehouse team to ensure picking and packing are completed in time to meet those deadlines. Loading sequences are planned so that vehicles are loaded efficiently and in the correct order for multi-drop routes.
