We are seeking an organised and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to support the planning and execution of activities across procurement, inventory, transport, and warehousing. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager or Operations Manager, the successful candidate will act as the connective link between departments, ensuring materials and products move through the supply chain smoothly, on time, and at the right cost.
The core of the role is coordination across the supply chain functions. The Supply Chain Coordinator tracks purchase orders from placement through to delivery, following up with suppliers on confirmation, production status, and shipping timelines, and flags delays to the relevant internal teams before they become a stockout or a missed customer commitment. Coordination between procurement, warehousing, transport, and sales or production ensures that each function has the information it needs to plan its own work accurately.
