We are looking for an IT Engineer to handle support and maintenance of our B2B website and related systems. The role focuses on ensuring smooth website operations, backend support, hosting management, and IT infrastructure support.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and support B2B website and web-based systems
• Handle website hosting, server monitoring, and uptime management
• Provide backend system support and troubleshoot application issues
• Manage basic database support and data-related issues
• Support system integrations (ERP / CRM / internal tools)
• Handle infrastructure support (servers, networks, office IT systems)
• Manage email systems, domains, and hosting configurations
• Monitor website performance, security, and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with vendors/hosting providers when required
• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal teams
Requirements
• 2–4 years’ experience in IT support / web support / system support
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (PHP / Python / Node.js preferred)
• Understanding of hosting, domains, and server management
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
• Experience in troubleshooting website and backend issues
• Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple technical support tasks
Preferred
• Experience in B2B website support or e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of Linux servers, cloud hosting (AWS / Azure / VPS)
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience working in a support-driven IT environment
