We are looking for an IT staff (Indian Nationality)
Salary is 3,000 – 3,500

Job description & Key Responsibilities
Network Security & Firewall Administration
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls including:
o Firewall policies, NAT, routing, VPN, SSL VPN, IPsec VPN
o Firewall monitoring, logs analysis, and security incident troubleshooting
• Perform firewall upgrades, backups, and configuration reviews.
• Monitor network performance and security alerts.
Wireless Network Management
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise Wireless Access Points.
• Manage wireless controllers/cloud-managed Wi-Fi platforms.
Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM)
• Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environment.
Access Management & Identity Administration
• Manage user access, permissions, and authentication systems.
Print Management Administration
• Manage enterprise print infrastructure and print servers.
• Support print management solutions such as:
Mac OS & End User Support
• Provide technical support for Mac devices in an enterprise environment.
System Administration & IT Operations
• Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with:
o Fortinet FortiGate Firewall
o Cisco CUCM
o Enterprise Wireless Access Points
o Print Management Solutions
o Access Management
o macOS Administration
• Strong knowledge of:
o TCP/IP networking
o VLANs
o DNS, DHCP
o Routing and Switching
o VPN technologies
o Network troubleshooting
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network support.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
