We are Distribution Partner of several brands in the UAE, supplying networking solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the UAE and the Gulf.
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Network Engineer to lead the technical side of our business. You will work with our sales team and partners to design the right solution for each customer and help win projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet customers and partners to understand their network needs
- Design Wi-Fi, switching, and routing solutions for offices, hotels, schools, retail, and clinics
- Prepare BOMs, technical proposals, and tender responses
- Run product demos, proof-of-concept tests, and partner training
- Use vendor tools for Wi-Fi planning and cloud management (HUAWEI eKit App, Ruijie Cloud)
- Hand over projects to installers and give remote support during early deployment
- Keep up with new Huawei and Ruijie products and complete vendor certifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT, Telecom, Electronics, or a related field
- 2+ years in pre-sales or network engineering
- Hands-on skills in switching (VLAN, PoE, Layer 2/3), routing, and WLAN design
- Good spoken and written English
- Based in the UAE
NICE TO HAVE
- HCIA or HCIP-Datacom (Huawei), RCNA or RCNP (Ruijie)
- Arabic
- UAE driving license
