About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and well-presented female candidate to join our team in the heart of Dubai's main IT hub.

Please note: This is NOT a sales or outbound cold-calling position. We work with our own established client base. Your primary role will focus on basic hands-on IT testing, inventory tracking, product content creation, and professional customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

System Testing & OS Setup: Installing Windows, drivers, and running standard hardware testing on devices.

Inventory Management: Maintaining and updating daily stock/inventory records in Excel.

Content Creation: Producing basic product photos/videos, stories, or short previews of available items.

Customer Relations: Providing friendly, professional, and clear communication with existing clients.

Requirements:

Well-groomed, courteous, and professional appearance with great interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of computer hardware components

Hands-on ability to install Windows and test laptops/hardware

Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Sharp, fast learner with strong attention to detail
