El Booma Films FZ LLC is a small, creative studio working at the intersection of interior design, art, and collectible design. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic assistant to join our tight-knit team and help us grow.
Responsibilities include:
Managing emails and correspondence
Setting up and managing our Instagram account
Coordinating photography sessions for our pieces
Coordinating shipments and logistics
Handling payments and basic accounting
Supporting general organisation and day-to-day operations
Basic sales support and client communication
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for art, design, and aesthetics
Is organised, proactive, and takes initiative
Communicates well in English
Is eager to learn and grow with a creative business from the ground up
