We are looking for an experienced AC & Home Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai.
The technician must be confident working independently and have good fault-finding and problem-solving skills. You should be able to inspect an issue, identify the cause and explain what repair is needed.
Main responsibilities:
* AC servicing, maintenance and repairs
* AC fault finding and troubleshooting
* Identifying the cause of AC problems
* Basic electrical and plumbing work
* General home maintenance and repairs
* Inspecting jobs and identifying what work/materials are required
* Completing work to a good standard
* Communicating clearly with the team and customers
Requirements:
* Good experience with AC/HVAC systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* General home maintenance experience
* Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
* Able to work independently
* Reliable, professional and punctual
* UAE experience preferred
* Valid UAE driving licence is a plus
