- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an MEP Technician, AC Technician, or Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety standards and UAE building regulations.
- A valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
