We are a Dubai-based technical services company looking for an experienced, reliable, and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician capable of independently handling a wide range of residential and commercial maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, all-round technician with strong troubleshooting skills and practical experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
-Plumbing: Repair and replace faucets, mixers, toilets, flush systems, water heaters, pipes, drainage blockages, and other plumbing fixtures.
-Electrical: Troubleshoot electrical faults, replace switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and perform general electrical maintenance.
-Air Conditioning: Perform AC filter and grill cleaning, basic servicing, fault identification, and minor AC repairs.
-Carpentry: Repair and adjust doors, cabinets, hinges, locks, drawers, and other wooden fixtures.
-Handyman Services: TV mounting, curtain installation, shelving, furniture assembly, drilling, silicone application, and general household repairs.
-Painting & Civil Works: Minor wall repairs, painting touch-ups, plastering, tile repairs, grouting, and sealant replacement.
-Property Inspections: Identify maintenance defects, assess repair requirements, and report findings.
-Perform routine and preventive maintenance in apartments, villas, offices, and commercial properties.
-Identify required spare parts and materials and communicate requirements clearly.
-Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
