- Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple apartments.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues, including lights, switches, sockets, and fittings.
- Carry out plumbing repairs, including leaking taps, blocked drains, toilet fittings, and shower fixtures.
- Inspect air-conditioning systems, clean filters, identify faults, and coordinate specialist repairs when needed.
- Complete minor carpentry, furniture repairs, door adjustments, lock replacements, painting, and touch-ups.
- Inspect appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, cookers, and water heaters, and arrange specialist support where required.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and apartment inspections to identify issues before guest check-in.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests during guest stays and between bookings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, check-in staff, and the office to complete work on time.
- Record completed work, materials used, and any pending repairs, with photos where required.
- Monitor tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, and report purchasing requirements.
- Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures when carrying out repairs.
- Communicate politely with guests and respect their privacy and belongings.
- Attend urgent maintenance issues outside regular working hours when required, according to the agreed schedule.
