Senior HVAC Technician — Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements
* 5+ years of total HVAC experience.
* 3+ years of HVAC experience in Dubai/UAE.
* UAE Driving License — preferred, but not mandatory.
* Strong HVAC electrical and control knowledge.
* Experience with Split, Ducted, Cassette, FCU and Chilled Water systems.
* Experience installing Chilled Water piping and FCUs according to project drawings.
* Experience troubleshooting Chilled Water and FCU systems, including piping, valves, actuators, airlocks and flow problems.
* Refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, vacuuming and commissioning.
* Copper pipe brazing, compressor and filter replacement.
* Ability to read HVAC, MEP and electrical drawings.
* Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
* VRV/VRF installation, troubleshooting and repair — strong advantage.
* Premium-sector experience is required: luxury villas, high-end residences and premium commercial properties.
Responsibilities
* Install, service and repair HVAC systems.
* Diagnose electrical, electronic and refrigeration faults.
* Install Chilled Water piping and FCUs according to project drawings.
* Lead helpers on site.
* Prepare material lists.
* Keep company vehicles, tools and equipment clean and in good working condition.
* Keep all tools in their designated places.
* Keep job sites clean and protect client property.
Work Standards
We work in the premium HVAC sector and expect high standards of quality, precision, cleanliness and professionalism.
All work must be straight, secure and properly executed: correct fixing, neat pipe and cable routing, and quality insulation.
No hanging wires, loose connections, wire-based fixing, messy work or temporary solutions.
Equipment must be checked before and after each job. Existing faults must be reported. The workplace must be left clean and the system fully operational.
Do it right. Do it reliably. Do it cleanly. Do it to last.
Testing & Interview
Online technical test is MANDATORY.
The test covers HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration, refrigerants, compressors, Chilled Water, FCU, VRV/VRF, installation, troubleshooting and general HVAC knowledge.
Interview and personal meeting will be arranged ONLY after successfully passing the online technical test.
Candidates who fail the test will not proceed further.
We Offer
* Salary: AED 4,000–7,000, depending on experience and skills.
* Probation: 2 weeks — AED 150/day, paid weekly.
* 10 hours/day, 6 days/week.
* Company vehicle.
* Company tools and equipment.
