Position: IT Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
•Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
•Monitor and maintain network performance, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet services.
•Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
•Manage user accounts, access permissions, data backups, and basic cybersecurity measures.
•Ensure regular data backup, system updates, antivirus protection, and IT security.
•Coordinate with external IT service providers, software vendors, and internet service providers when required.
•Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and other technical assets.
•Support the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, biometric systems, and other security systems, where required.
Requirements
•Specialist in networking and IT infrastructure.
•Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Engineer.
•Good organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT security.
•Candidates with experience in property management, facilities management, or labour accommodation will have an added advantage.
