We are looking to hire an experienced Ready-Mix Concrete Plant Manager to manage the full operation of a ready-mix concrete batching plant in the UAE.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production, batching operations, quality control, dispatch, mixer truck movement, concrete pump coordination, plant maintenance, manpower control, safety, and cost control.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage complete daily operation of the ready-mix concrete plant.
Ensure concrete production is completed as per required quality, quantity, timing, and approved mix design.
Supervise batching plant operators, QC team, dispatch team, mixer drivers, pump team, yard team, and maintenance team.
Control daily production planning, delivery schedule, truck movement, and site coordination.
Monitor concrete mix design, slump, temperature, cube testing, admixtures, cement, sand, aggregates, and raw material stock.
Coordinate preventive maintenance for batching plant, mixer trucks, pumps, loaders, and other equipment.
Review daily production reports, delivery reports, material consumption, breakdown reports, and manpower performance.
Reduce wastage, downtime, idle time, wrong batching, fuel waste, and unnecessary overtime.
Ensure HSE compliance, housekeeping, and safe plant operation.
Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in ready-mix concrete operations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Production Manager.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Diploma / technical qualification may be considered for candidates with strong ready-mix experience.
Strong knowledge of concrete batching plant operations, QC, dispatch, fleet, pumps, maintenance, and cost control.
Knowledge of batching software, production reports, and fleet coordination is preferred.
UAE driving license is preferred.
