Job Opening: Swimming Pool Engineer / Expert (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Project-Based (Flexible)
About the Role
We are an established construction company expanding our portfolio with multiple premium villa projects across Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a highly experienced Swimming Pool Engineer / Expert to guide, oversee, and consult with our civil and MEP teams to ensure the flawless execution, filtration setup, and finishing of residential swimming pools.
Whether you are looking for a full-time position or a flexible part-time consulting role to balance with your current commitments, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Guidance: Provide expert oversight on pool design, structural integrity, waterproofing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts.
Execution & Quality Control: Guide our site teams through excavation, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, tiling, and finishing phases.
Filtration & Systems Setup: Advise on and inspect the installation of pumps, filtration systems, chemical dosing, and automation equipment.
Compliance: Ensure all pool construction adheres to Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations and safety standards.
Troubleshooting: Identify potential design or structural flaws early and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Abu Dhabi Experience (Mandatory): Proven track record of successfully delivering swimming pool projects specifically within Abu Dhabi.
Local Regulations: Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi Municipality approvals, civil defense requirements, and local supplier networks.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in pool hydraulics, waterproofing systems, and structural requirements for luxury villas.
Communication: Ability to effectively collaborate with and guide site engineers and foremen.
Flexibility: For part-time candidates, the ability to fully guide pool projects, conduct regular, scheduled site visits and be available for critical construction milestones.
Complete flexibility: Choose between a full-time or a flexible part-time/consulting arrangement.
