experience in an Engineering Consulting Firm in the UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi). The candidate should have strong experience in MEP design, authority submissions, site coordination, and sustainability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and review of Mechanical / MEP drawings and calculations
• Coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other engineering disciplines
• Handling authority submissions and approvals
• Site inspections and coordination with contractors
• Review of shop drawings and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Estidama, and Pearl Rating System requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–4 years UAE experience in an Engineering Consulting Firm (Mandatory)
• Estidama Certification is Mandatory
• Experience in Pearl Rating System requirements
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
• Revit & BIM knowledge will be an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
Candidates without UAE consultancy experience and Estidama certification should not apply.
