MEP Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out (UAE)
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our growing Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in managing MEP works for interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred and will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and execute MEP works for interior fit-out projects.
Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
Prepare work schedules, material planning, and progress reports.
Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and safety regulations.
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and technicians to achieve project milestones on time.
Candidate Profile
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Committed to delivering projects on time with high-quality standards.
