Looking for a fExecutive Assistant to support daily business operations and administrative activities in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on administrative, government, and business-related transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official letters.
• Track pending actions and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain organized records and files.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Driving license is not required.
