We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer to join our Engineering/Design department. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D mechanical models to ensure seamless project execution from design to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• BIM Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models for Architectural metal works using Revit according to project specifications.
• Shop Drawings: Extract high-quality shop drawings, sections, and isometric views from the BIM model for site installation.
• Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings to synchronize mechanical designs with Architecture and Structure.
• BOQ Extraction: Generate accurate Quantities Take-off (QT) and Schedules directly from the BIM models.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil ,Architectural/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Expertise: Mastery of Autodesk Revit, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 2-3 years] of experience in BIM implementation within the construction or consultancy sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of architectural design and construction sequences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
