Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site activities and construction workers.
Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of labourers and subcontractors.
Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and other departments.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Supervise masonry, plastering, concrete, blockwork, formwork, and other civil works.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Maintain quality standards and implement site safety procedures.
Report daily progress and site requirements to the Site Engineer.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.
Ability to manage and supervise a team of workers.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and site safety regulations.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
