Roles & Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the project site.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
* Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
* Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
* Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of resources.
* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
* Monitor quantities, materials, and site resources.
* Ensure compliance with UAE safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
* Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to management.
* Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging, and handover activities.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and successful completion of the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
* 3-5 years of relevant UAE experience in civil construction/project engineering
* Must hold SOE Certificate
