We are looking for a practical, experienced Fit-Out / Renovation Project Engineer to independently manage residential villa renovations, extensions and interior fit-out projects across Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have strong site execution experience, good technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage multiple villa renovation and fit-out projects from commencement to handover.
Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower and material requirements.
Supervise civil, MEP, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, painting and joinery works.
Coordinate subcontractors, working foremen and chargehands.
Read architectural, structural, MEP and interior design drawings.
Coordinate approvals, permits, inspections and community access requirements.
Prepare material quantities, site measurements, progress reports and variation records.
Monitor project timelines, quality, costs and material wastage.
Identify site problems and resolve them proactively.
Coordinate professionally with clients, consultants and the management team.
Requirements
Civil Engineering degree or diploma.
Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE fit-out or villa renovation experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of residential renovation and interior fit-out execution.
Experience dealing with Dubai communities and relevant approval procedures.
Ability to independently manage 2–3 active sites, depending on project complexity.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and construction documentation.
Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Immediate availability preferred.

A technically strong, hands-on engineer who takes ownership, solves site problems, controls subcontractors and delivers quality work on schedule.
