A well-established school is looking for a responsible, caring, and attentive School Bus Attendant to help ensure students travel safely and comfortably between home and school.
This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, trustworthy, punctual, and comfortable working with children. Candidates with relevant experience are welcome, and freshers may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise students throughout the bus journey.
Assist students safely when boarding and leaving the bus.
Ensure children remain seated and follow bus safety rules.
Monitor student behavior and maintain a calm and respectful environment.
Assist younger students when needed.
Check the bus before departure and after students have left.
Communicate with the bus driver and school staff regarding student-related concerns.
Report accidents, incidents, or unusual situations promptly.
Help maintain cleanliness and order inside the school bus.
Follow all school transportation, safeguarding, and emergency procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in a school, childcare, hospitality, customer service, or similar environment is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Patient, caring, responsible, and trustworthy personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work calmly with children of different ages.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
Basic First Aid / CPR knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to follow safety instructions and school policies.
