Job Title: Light Vehicle Driver – Dubai Taxi Company (DTC)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Dubai Taxi Company (DTC), a premier government-run taxi service, is seeking skilled Light Vehicle Drivers to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about safe driving and providing excellent customer service, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a light vehicle while adhering to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe and pleasant journey.
• Assist passengers with luggage and handle any reasonable requests professionally.
• Manage cash and electronic payments with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
Requirements:
• A valid UAE, GCC, or home country driving license.
• Age: 23–50 years.
• Proven driving experience with a strong understanding of Dubai roads.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and a responsible approach.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Direct Employment with DTC
• Earnings: Competitive commission structure (up to 37% of total revenue), with a guaranteed income ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 7,000 per month.
• Perks: 2-year employment visa, free uniform, medical insurance, and a monthly allowance during recruitment.
• Training: Taxi permit and comprehensive training provided by DTC.
