About the Role
We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer who is proficient in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer to produce photorealistic renderings that showcase our interior design projects with precision, mood, and visual impact. You'll work closely with our design team to translate concept sketches, mood boards, and floor plans into compelling 3D visuals that help clients see their spaces before they're built.
Responsibilities
-Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs of interior spaces using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
-Translate 2D floor plans, mood boards, and design concepts into accurate 3D models
-Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, and finishes to achieve lifelike visualizations
-Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure renderings align with the design intent and client expectations
-Revise and refine renderings based on feedback in a timely manner
-Stay current with rendering trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve output quality
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements
-Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably within interior design, architecture, or a related field
-Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
-Solid understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and texturing for photorealistic output
-Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is a plus
-Proficiency in Photoshop for post-production and image editing
-Strong eye for detail, spatial awareness, and design aesthetics
-Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into accurate visual representations
-Good time-management skills and ability to work under deadlines
-A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant interior visualization work
