We are looking for a beginner-level Interior Designer with a passion for furniture, interiors, and customer interaction to join our team at Adams Furniture in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for design, strong communication skills, and an interest in helping customers create beautiful living spaces while also assisting with showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand client requirements, style preferences, and furniture needs
Suggest furniture layouts, fabrics, colours, and materials suitable for the client’s home
Prepare mood boards, basic furniture selections, and simple design concepts
Assist customers with custom furniture options, finishes, and sizing
Generate quotations and follow up with potential customers
Coordinate with the production team regarding customer requirements and specifications
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery
Assist in showroom merchandising and furniture styling
Requirements
Beginner-level or junior experience in Interior Design preferred
Passion for interiors, furniture, and home styling
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of interior design and furniture layouts
Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, or basic design software is an advantage
Friendly, confident, and sales-oriented personality
Willingness to learn and grow within the furniture industry
