Production Planning & Operations

- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities for joinery, cabinetry, bespoke furniture, and interior fit-out products.
- Develop production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and customer orders.
- Monitor workflow across cutting, machining, assembly, sanding, polishing, upholstery, and finishing departments.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
Quality Control

- Ensure all products comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Implement quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular inspections and take corrective actions to eliminate defects and rework.
- Ensure finished products meet customer expectations and company standards.
Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate production supervisors, foremen, machine operators, carpenters, and factory workers.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
Health, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular toolbox talks and safety inspections.
- Investigate production incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain housekeeping and factory safety standards.
Inventory & Material Control

- Coordinate with procurement and stores departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and hardware.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize waste.
- Control inventory levels and optimize stock utilization.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finished products.
Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
- Recommend machinery upgrades and process enhancements.
Cost Control

- Monitor production costs and ensure operations remain within budget.
- Reduce wastage of materials, labor hours, and machine downtime.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
