We are an interior design studio in Dubai delivering A-to-Z turnkey furnishing for holiday-home agencies, property investors and end users - from moodboard/3D render/3D walkthrough to handover. We are looking for a part-time freelance Interior Designer who will also run our projects end to end.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Take the brief from our sales team for each new lead and turn it into a moodboard, 3D renderings or Al-generated renders (Midjourney, Nano Banana / Gemini or similar) - fast.
• Once the client signs, own the project: sourcing and procurement with Dubai suppliers, order tracking, site coordination, and handover on the agreed timeline.
MUST-HAVES
• Part-time freelancer only — this is not a full-time or salaried position.
• Own car and a valid UAE driving licence - supplier and site visits across Dubai are part of the job.
• 2+ years hands-on interior or furnishing experience in Dubai - not a fresh graduate. You have taken at least one project from brief to handover.
• A strong eye for modern, minimalist and Japandi interiors (portfolio required).
• Comfortable using Al tools to generate renders and concepts quickly.
• You know the Dubai supplier market - furniture, joinery, lighting, decor, soft furnishings - and who actually delivers on time.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable chasing suppliers and timelines.
• Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVE
• French, German, Italian or Russian.
TERMS
• Part-time, freelance / project-based. Flexible hours, fully remote, with site and supplier visits in Dubai.
• Compensation: per-project fee, discussed at interview.
