We are seeking a skilled Brand & Visual Designer to support a focused Corporate Branding and Documentation Enhancement initiative. This role is responsible for rebranding all corporate documentation, developing standardized templates, upgrading visual elements, and establishing unified branding themes across the organization specific to Interior Design Presenation Template, Project Management documentation Template etc. The ideal candidate (preferably female) will ensure all materials reflect a consistent, modern, and professional corporate identity.
The designer will lead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of company‑wide branding systems, ensuring alignment across internal and external communication channels. The role requires producing high‑quality, visually cohesive documents using advanced design tools and AI‑driven content generation platforms. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent layout skills, and the ability to transform complex information into clear, visually appealing formats.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing document updates, ensuring brand compliance, and delivering polished, ready‑to‑use documentation packages within defined timelines. The role demands proficiency in industry‑standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Figma, Canva Pro, and advanced formatting capabilities in MS Word and PowerPoint.
This position is ideal for a creative professional who excels in branding, documentation design, and modern AI‑assisted content workflows, and who can contribute to elevating the organization’s visual communication standards.
