We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to manage our Website, Instagram and WhatsApp channels, close sales, and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales
- Handle all customer inquiries through Website, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Provide product information, pricing, and assistance to help customers choose the right items
- Communicate professionally and confidently in fluent English
- Order Processing & Coordination
- Enter all order details into our internal order management system (CRM)
- Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure orders are produced correctly and on time
- Follow up on order progress and resolve any issues
- Maintain and update all tracking sheets, order logs, and production follow-ups

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (excellent writing and communication skills)
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into orders
- Good computer skills and ability to work with internal systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
