We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist customers, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Similar responsibilities and qualifications are commonly used in current UAE customer service vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process customer requests, applications, and service records.
- Update customer information in the company system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be currently inside the UAE to Apply.
