Customer Service Representative: required for a Freight Forwarding Company based in Al Qussais, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities-
*Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and internal systems
*Coordinate with operations, sales, and overseas agents for shipment updates
*Track shipments and proactively update customers
*Maintain accurate records in the system
*Assist in quotation preparation and follow-ups
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements-
*Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)
*1–2 year of experience (freshers welcome)
*Good communication skills and fluency in English required
*Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
*Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Desired Skills-
*Understanding of Air/Sea freight basics (optional)
*Positive attitude and team player mindset
